We are currently recruiting a senior position (Manager Asset integration Plans) for a global energy market leading company based in Brisbane, Queensland.

The Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Manager to lead the implementation of Integrated Activity Planning and Scheduling (IAPS) across the business and act as the functional owner for planning across the organisation.
The role is accountable for the delivery of plans across all time horizons, with a focused review and analysis of the 90 day and two year Integrated Activity Plans, used as a key integration tool to deliver the Asset's objectives.
You will drive the delivery and maintenance of Asset Integration Plans across different time horizons identifying risks and dependencies with internal and external groups that trigger intervention and decisions where the identified issues, risks or non-delivery are flagged as probable.
Responsibilities
- Establish a planning methodology document through the development of processes and procedures drawing from the company standards and global best practice techniques.
- Develop a knowledge in the IAPS (Integrated Asset Planning and Scheduling) system to become the subject matter expert for commissioning and handover schedules.
- Development of the 8Q 'Road Map' ensuring a structured approach to meet the needs of the business.
- Prepare detailed critical path plans for long term work.
- Interface with other departments' planning engineers to achieve integrated planning processes, plans and schedules.
Skills Required
- Proven experience in the successful planning of major maintenance engineering activities.
- Proven record of working with contractors and successful monitoring of contractor performance against plans.
- Experience of planning and data analysis in an operational and project environment.
- Understands the impact of strategic and commercial considerations on project activities.
- Experience of planning at all stages of a major project.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience of successful interaction with a range of stakeholders.
- Familiar with the application of maintenance planning and scheduling tools.
