Manager Assistant Job in Budapest
Responsibilities:
- Support the work of the Dutch General Manager
- Set up and supervise effective system for correspondence and administration
- Handle calls, correspondence, organize meetings
- Prepare reports, statistics, and presentations
- Manage use of office space, maintenance
- Manage purchasing of office supplies
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager
- Outstanding English knowledge
- Dynamic, flexible attitude
