Manager / Assistant Manager Compliance recruitment

Responsibilities:

You will be required to plan and conduct compliance reviews and pro-actively identify any compliance risks, as well as provide advice and guidance on a range of regulation and compliance matters. You will also conduct compliance training for staff. Other duties include preparation of management reports and maintenance of the compliance matrix.

Candidate Requirements:

You should be degree qualified with at least 3 years of experience in compliance and / or audit in the financial services industry. First movers from the Big 4 who have exposure to clients in the insurance industry are also encouraged to apply. You should be a self-starter and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
