Manager – Broking recruitment
Responsibilities:
- To follow up and execute the strategy planned by Top Management
- Develop coordinate broking for the Banking Group direct business expansion plan to increase distribution channels and broking business
- Coordinate supervise sales team to grow the Broking business
- Focus on sales business developments with marketing strategies, ideas and planning
- Develop and coordinate marketing activities, promotional campaigns and competitions amongst sales team
Requirement:
- Min 5 years of working experience in Insurance Industry
- Good analytical skills
- Good group cross selling synergy
