Manager, Broking Unit recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Manage brokers to work on corporate clients to offer PMBS and Workmedic.
- Identify sales opportunities, develop and implement strategies to penetrate and grow new distributors
- Promote PMBS and source for new prospects through social and corporate media
- Client management of huge accounts - servicing, renewal and retention
- Ensure the overall dept is operating efficiently by measuring its productivity, operation process and sales
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- 4 to 5 yrs of relevant work experience in insurance or financial industry
- Possess M5, M8, M9, HI, GI
- Strong leadership to manage and grow a pool of brokers
- Able to communicate (written and verbal) efficiently with all levels
- Singaporeans and Singaporean PRs may apply
