Manager, Business Performance & Strategy
A major UK bank are looking for a an additional member to their Performance Management team. This high profile team sits within the Business Development and Transformation department which supports the commercial side of the bank. This team deal with some of the largest global corporates and this is a chance to gain some great commercial experience to your career.
You will be operating and influencing stakeholders at all different levels of seniority and will support key areas within the bank by building strong relationships across the business. Your key responsibilities include co-coordinating the management and delivery of insightful MI from MD through to client level. You will provide analysis and produce monthly performance reporting packs as well as acting as a business partner and providing insight to the respective senior members of the business.
Successful candidates will demonstrate clear ability to communicate, lead, develop and support initiatives in an engaging way. You will be qualified (CIMA/ACA) with prior experience of dealing with senior stakeholders. You must have Microsoft Excel experience and be comfortable manipulating large quantities of data.
This position is very highly sought after and provides and extremely commercial forward looking view of the bank creating some very transferable skills for later down the line.
