Manager Business Preformance recruitment

Fantastic opportunity to join one of the world's leading banking groups within their business performance team, in a highly analytical and business focused role with high exposure to senior stakeholders and the business. The Performance Management team works closely with the Group's businesses to provide insight and establish expectations around their future and in-year performance, and then holding them accountable for subsequent delivery of that performance.

· Build analytical tools to support RAF reporting, analysis, and deliverables
· Liaise with business finance teams and wider BPM team to co-ordinate the RAF process and resolve process and content issues
· Provide input/commentary to all RAF deliverables eg. presentations to Group Finance Director, ExCo, and Board
· Provide insightful analysis around key business drivers, KPIs and one off items versus underlying drivers
· Service a number of ad-hoc information requests from Group Executive including building models to support insightful financial analysis and providing commentary across a broad range of outputs
· Improve the quality of analysis in performance management through enhancements to the content of the performance papers presented to the Group Executive
· Analyse business performance and portray this simply and effectively
· The design of business templates highlighting the outlook for the first half and the full year
· Enhancements to the content of the performance papers presented to the Group Executive through forward looking 'predictive' commentary and insightful trend analysis around key drivers and leading
· Assist in production of quarterly competitors reporting and develop insights of performance of designated business compared to its peers
· Manage BPM relationship with HR reward team including providing support on performance cost analysis and analysis of Group performance metrics required for setting reward targets for senior leaders

The ideal candidate will be from a top accountancy practice or management consultancy company, with strong academics, strong understanding exposure of Financial Services with Experience of analysis and financial modelling.
