A business services manager role has opened up at one of Australia's top 10 BRW firms based in Sydney's CBD. Working for a global firm you will have career progression which is not just limited to your local office, you will be able to progress your career in any of the worlds major economies.
While the firm is truly global, the Sydney office still has the feel of a smaller, close knit community which is highlighted through the packed social calendar throughout the year. The partners work with an open door policy and any thoughts or suggestions you may have in relation to the firms operation are encouraged to be brought forward.
This business services role will involve you directly managing 7 other members of staff, their workload and you will be responsible for their training and development. A ready made portfolio of clients will be given to you, but you will be expected to market and develop your own new clients.
Career progression is only limited by yourself and your ability to develop your fee income over the year; they operate a meritocratic environment where success is rewarded over length of service.
The job requirements;
Must be CA qualified and degree educated.
Have experience of operating at manager grade. Smaller and mid tier firm experience is fine.
Be an excellent communicator.
Australian work permit holders are preferred although 457 sponsorship is available.
