Job Description Managing an operational team and relationships for a specific First Data customer. Responsible for service delivery (project and issue management) to ensure that the client requirements are satisfactorily met. Direct and/or indirect overall day-to-day management of individuals responsible for service delivery and client satisfaction. Establishes strong working relationships and breaks down barriers across the company to ensure quality products and services are provided. Implements remedial actions when necessary to control and eliminate FDC and client liability. Partners with Relationship Executives/Managers to expand First Data's relationships with clients.
