FOLIOfn is seeking a Manager of Client Services to lead client services for our online brokerage. In this position, you will lead the call center servicing our retail direct customers, as well as relationship managers providing service to our institutional clients, including financial advisors. Strategically, our objective is to transform Client Services into a function, which not only provides outstanding customer service so as to retain clients, but also contributes to revenue generation through marketing and selling to our existing client base. In addition, we are aware that through serving as the frontline to our clients, the Client Services function is an excellent resource for ideas regarding our products and services. Thus, we will also be looking to the individual in this role to collaborate with Product Management to further refine and build out our product and service offerings.
The successful candidate will be a high-energy, proven leader who has 5+ years managing client services and call center operations for a securities brokerage company and ideally at least 5+ years experience managing client services for an online brokerage. Product Development, Marketing and Sales experience are also preferred. Series 7 and 24 licenses are required. Strong systemic thinking, cross-functional collaboration skills, and the passion for improving how people invest are essential.
