The Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) Division caters to our retail banking customers. At the heart of the HSBC RBWM business are the two propositions Advance and Global Premier which are designed to meet the needs of the retail banking and mass affluent customer segments respectively.

Principle Accountabilities
- Proactively develop an effective relationship with NRI Premier clients to facilitate the strengthening and deepening of client wealth holdings with HSBC Premier.
- Your role will include providing good customer service and support to Premier customers and ensure that the process is followed through thoroughly.
- Act as point of contact for service queries for Premier customers, you will also cater to their wealth management needs by referring them to the Relationship Managers.
- Meeting with customers and attend to their enquiries.
- Coaching and training of Service Relationship Officers.
- Champion service and process initiative for the service team.
Skills/Attributes
- University degree with at least 2 years of experience in a retail-banking environment with focus in service and sales
- Certifications in CMFAS modules will be added advantage
- Good knowledge of Wealth Management products and services
- In-depth knowledge of banking systems with broad knowledge of general banking practices
- Well-versed in regulatory requirements, administrative and procedural matters
- Possess an outgoing disposition and thrives in a sales oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service oriented and enjoys interacting and meeting with customers
- Has leadership quality, responsible, patient and dedicated
- Takes Initiative in problem solving
- Good team player
