One of the leading real estate company in Singapore, they have a good pipeline of real estate development and investment projects in the region with an expanding coverage in the South East Asia.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of MA, you will be involved in reviewing and monitoring the performance of various Singapore and overseas projects. You will be analysing and assessing any major issues affecting the performance of the projects. You will get to facilitate strategy development through research and analysis of industry trends, monitoring of key industry players, and analysis of group's performance. You will be taking part in MA opportunities and assist to conduct due diligence to realize potential investment opportunities.
Your Profile
Degree qualified with Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, you have at least 5 years of experience in investment/asset management, corporate development. You are analytical and possess good spoken and written communication skills. You have a positive attitude and able to see the big picture.
