A fantastic opportunity at one of the largest and most successful Fund Management companies has arisen for a Manager CRM Sales Services. If you have experience in generating new clients through marketing:

Manager CRM Sales (m/f)

Position limited to 2 years, near Frankfurt

Duties and Responsibilities

As a member of the CRM Sales services team you will report to the Head of CRM. Your duties are to develop and gain new clients through sales campaigns.

Day to Day responsibilities will include:

• Enlarging the client and prospect base while retaining existing clients

• Managing relationships with cooperation partner and agencies

• Cooperating with relevant departments such as marketing and e-business to maximise customised communication and facilitate the marketing with direct retail clients

• Monitoring KPI’s to optimise sales

• Marketing in line with corporate identity

• Overseeing project budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability of CRM

• Ensuring direct campaigns are fully integrated online by working closely with the E-Business team

• Working closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure that marketing material is approved for release

• Maximising efficiency of ATL campaigns and BTL literature by working with Marketing and Brand teams

• Managing the CRM/Sales Service Direct Business on behalf of the Head of CRM/Sales Service Direct Business in his absence

Requirements

• Successfully completed a university degree or equivalent qualification

• Knowledge of investment business/investment terminology

• Project Management Experience

• Working experience in the area of CRM in a business to customer environment

• Fluency in English and German

• Excellent MS Office Skills, MAC, graphic design programmes, Adobe InDesign/Illustrator
