Institutional Banking Markets is the primary face to the market for all complex financing and advisory functions for the Bank's corporate and government clients.

Corporate Banking Solutions (CBS) delivers dynamic banking solutions to improve our clients' businesses and support Australia's economic development. CBS is responsible for significant revenue in both BPB and IBM. Our goals are:

Merchant Solutions provide EFTPOS terminals and online credit card solutions to a wide range of business customers, from sole traders through to large institutions and government clients.
You will:
Drive Customer Experience improvements and process efficiencies across the Merchant Solutions business.
More specifically you will:
- Manage all Marketing and Communication activities for Merchant Solutions products across all media channels
- Identify and drive process improvement initiatives
- Understand Customer Satisfaction drivers and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction results
- Act as the Customer Advocate
You are:
- Motivated and engaged, with an ability to build strong, collaborative, professional and valuable relationships at all levels and with virtual teams
- Experienced and qualified in process reengineering methodology (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc)
- Project manager
- Excellent in marketing communication
- An active team player, experienced in building team culture, recognizing and actively supporting others, with a positive attitude to situations requiring flexibility and adaptability
- Highly organised, efficient and self-motivated with a proactive, positive attitude, ability to multi-task, and meet tight deadlines.
