POSITION SUMMARY:
As a leader of a Retail Branch customer service team, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall branch/team success by overseeing the delivery of customer service and all associated administrative processes. You will be responsible for sustaining overall branch operational effectiveness and efficiency by setting and meeting objectives related to customer service, performing compliance reviews and ensuring adherence to bank security procedures and expense management. You will also have the primary responsibility of facilitating the development of your team's functional skills and behavioral competencies through coaching and skill building sessions.
Our Domestic Banking division provides a comprehensive range of banking and investment services to almost 7 million retail, wealth management, small business and commercial customers across Canada. Our multi-channel domestic delivery network includes more than 970 branches, close to 2,750 ABMs, Internet, telephone and wireless banking.
QUALIFICATIONS:

You are highly flexible and conversant with performance management techniques; you have a special talent for influencing and motivating others and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of branch operations and financial products and services.
You have strong interpersonal communication, strong computer skills, accuracy and thoroughness.
You have previous experience supervising, managing or leading a successful team.

EDUCATION AND ACCREDITATIONS:

A College or University diploma/degree is preferred.
