Our client, a leading financial services organisation has a requirement for an experienced finance manager to support one of its key business segments. The primary focus of the role will be to support the business head with insights and analysis into their business performance. They will require you to partner closely with the head of the business to apply your commercial acumen
You will have to be able to demonstrate that you have operated in a performance based environment dealing with multiple internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
• Providing in-depth insights and analytics into the financial performance of the business.
• Covering all aspects of the business including revenue and costs.
• Working closely with the business head to make sure they are aware of their monthly and year to date performance.
• Engaging with the business to contribute towards the annual portfolio planning and KPI setting.
• Delivering the annual budget and forecast.
• Understanding and explaining results to assist the business in the future decision making process.
• Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to achieve key deliverables
• Experience:
• CA/CPA qualified
• Financial services (retail or institutional)
• Financial planning and analysis
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Senior stakeholder engagement
• Excellent customer service ethic
