Manager, Development North Asia (frequent travel is required)

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain business relationship with key customers.
To participate on the contract negotiation and tender process
To optimize the winning chance of any business development case with reasonable balance on finance, costing, capacity planning, delivery and budget control for assured profitability
Spearheading and assist with the growth and management of business in Asia
To provide any business development advices to senior management, develop creative workable solutions to meet or exceed our customers’ solutions.
Presenting the companies in the financial market/economic related services to senior executives
Utilize effective communication or negotiation skills, employing diplomacy and sensitivity to resolve critical or escalated issues affecting the customer, staff, or senior management.
Develop maintain existing and new customers through appropriate propositions, ethical sales methods and relevant communication, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

Requirement:

Degree in Business or other related disciplines
3+ years business development experience
Strong ability to demonstrable solutioning skills, preferably in the areas of property management; hospitality management and etc.
Expertise and professionalism in customer contacts, understanding of customer requirements, analysis and resolution of problems and complaints.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess good ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
Excellent both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
