• Provide site leadership to the Disneyland Resort Disney University and oversee day-to-day operations
• Work with Disneyland Resort leadership to develop and deliver learning and development opportunities to our Cast that drive organizational improvement
• Provide leadership to Walt Disney World and Operations Integration Client Services Managers (Florida based)
• Partner with Operations Training to provide a seamless experience for our Cast

• Disney leadership experience with salaried direct reports
• Ability to develop talent and effectively coach others
• Excellent problem solving and process skills
• Ability to run complex operations
• Strong partnering and integration skills, with the ability to work with leaders at all levels of the organization
• Established credibility with Disneyland Resort executive team
• Proven complex project leadership skills
• Strong presentation, written and verbal skills

• Experience facilitating to Cast Members at various levels
• Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams
Bachelor degree or equivalent
