coordinator, developer, instructor, and evaluator of various educational programs. Assists with the design and development of Epic training and ensures successful implementation and outcomes. Develops and maintains effective, collaborative relationships with IT analysts, System staff/leaders, operating unit leaders and educators in order to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate staff education programs. Oversees the use of the Learning Management System to create enterprise-wide education.
A qualified applicant will possess educational, leadership, and clinical skills, program development, program evaluation, personnel management, normally acquired through a minimum of 5 years professional experience with increasing job responsibilities. A Bachelor s Degree in Nursing or healthcare related field is required.
