Services are specialized to help clients mitigate risks across an overall risk spectrum. We are currently seeking a Manager, Electronic Discovery Management to join us in our San Francisco office.
As a Forensic Technology Services professional, youll help clients investigate suspected fraud, accounting irregularities, and misconduct. Youll have the support of the firms forensics labs situated around the world, as well as three regional data centers. The latter provide technology, process capability, and professional support to help clients reduce the cost associated with investigations, compliance, and litigationin the areas of evidence and discovery management and the acquisition, analysis, and management of large data sets.
Responsibilities:
- Understand needs in electronic and traditional discovery management and help develop project plans that meet those needs
- Integrate with partners and directors in the KPMG Forensic practice to deliver coordinated services on investigations
- Direct and oversee the planning and implementation of Internet-based discovery management repositories, including the assignment of document access permissions and document review workflows
- Direct and oversee discovery management project plans including the recovery, preservation, culling, and processing of electronic and paper documents into discovery management software
- Coordinate the full range of traditional and electronic discovery management services provided by the Forensic Technology Services (FTS) practice
Qualifications:
- Five years of experience within a public accounting, advisory or law firm
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Experience with traditional and electronic discovery management processes
- Proficiency with Discovery Management tools and processes, including e-discovery
- Knowledge of computer forensic tools, methodologies, or protocols
- Knowledge of network security, hardware and software and relational databases
