Manager, Employee Communications
The Manager, Employee Communications role has a both a global and regional scope with a focus on managing and preparing employee business communications for the PayPal global operations organization, primarily for sites in Dublin, Ireland and Berlin, Germany. The successful candidate will proactively create and drive internal communication tactics and strategy to support the PayPal organization and eBay Inc.
This role will work closely with PayPal communication teammates, corporate communications, and members of the executive team including vice presidents and global functional leaders to develop strategy, messaging and vehicles.
- Partner closely with corporate communications team to develop and execute a regional communication plan which helps employees understand eBay and PayPal's business direction, strategy and vision.
- Create and execute communication plans for regional executives, site leaders and global functional leads which help employees understand global operations priorities, direction and vision.
- Partner with regional and global leaders to provide communication counsel and tactical execution for global programmes and initiatives.
- Develop, manage and produce content for several employee communications channels including e-mail, video, intranet and printed materials in close coordination with business partners.
- Oversee the regional communications champion programme and ensure alignment with global messaging platform.
- Produce written executive communications.
- Produce multimedia communications, including webcasts, podcasts and videos.
