Greenberg Traurig has an immediate exciting opportunity for a Manager Enterprise Security and Monitoring in its Atlanta or Doral (Miami) offices.

 

Responsibilities:  This management position oversees all system monitoring for core  infrastructure systems, including servers, storage and networking. Oversees systems management for all server operating systems. Specifically this position will:  Manage Enterprise Security and Monitoring team (currently 3 people); Primary architect for firm-wide system monitoring and security alerting infrastructure; Design, implement, administer and support MS System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) infrastructure used to monitor all MS operating system servers and numerous other devices; Design, implement, administer and support MS System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure used to manage and update all MS Servers; Design, implement, administer LiveMaps system status portal; Design, implement, administer Two-factor authentication system; Design, implement, administer and monitor Quest Intrust event logging and reporting system.

 

Qualifications Prior Experience:   Ten+ years experience managing large MS Windows networks; Experience with various MS Windows based application services, such as Exchange, SQL, IIS, Sharepoint, etc.; MS Certifications a big plus; Experience managing a team of engineers; Expert knowledge of MS System Center Operations Manager (SCOM); Expert knowledge of MS System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM); Expert Knowledge of MS operating systems (Windows server 2000 – 2008); Extensive knowledge and experience managing a Security Event and Incident Management (SEIM) system. Experience with Quest Intrust a plus; Extensive knowledge of MS Active Directory, Group Policy and ACL security; Experience implementing and managing a two-factor authentication system; Extensive knowledge of MS application services, such as Exchange, SQL, IIS and Sharepoint; Very good knowledge of networking monitoring in a TCP/IP environment; Experience with SNMP alerting and logging.  Previous experience leading a team.
