Capital BlueCross has an excellent opportunity for a Marketing leader whose knowledge of digital strategies and social media can help create best-in-class experiences on our websites, client interfaces, e-commerce programs and relateddigital marketing venues.

 

Working with Sales/Service/IT/Agency teams, and leading a staff of web/digital marketing specialists, you will implement and maintain the Experiential Marketing Plan to optimize the user experience; determine appropriate mediums to reach audience segmentations; evaluate web traffic and social media statistics; assist with SEO; develop targeted email/newsletter programs; and impact decisions on web user experience, content and testing.

 

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in directing marketing communications content and staff, plus 4+ years with cutting-edge web/ social/digital media strategies in a customer-driven and high-volume business setting.  Must also have a Bachelor's degree in Advertising or Communications, or 10+ years of progressive and related experience in lieu of the degree.  Background in mobile websites (design applications) is a plus.  Familiarity with customer relationship management principals/strategies/tactics/ evaluation as they relate to digital space is highly desirable, along with background in health insurance.
