Job Description

Case IH Manager of Field Service Operations Trainee will learn to  use innovative and customer-oriented service approaches to grow dealer service capability to ensure best in class service, ensure product uptime and customer satisfaction to protect and grow market share. 

Learning will include; 

·         Evaluation of  dealer capability and develop service action plan.

·         How to evaluate dealer service personnel and training needs. Initiate action plans based on results.

·         Evaluation of  warranty impact on dealer performance and customer satisfaction within the territory.

·         Best practices in providing dealers and customers service, product and warranty training.

·         How to resolve product quality and performance issues for customers and dealers.

·         How to train dealer service personnel on Case IH product service diagnostics, repair procedures and company processes.

·         How to provide timely feedback to manufacturing, marketing and engineering on dealer/customer issues experienced with Case IH products.

·         Monitoring of  dealer compliance with company warranty policy.

Requirements

Associate or technical degree in Industrial Technology, Agricultural Mechanization or Engineering.

·        Experience working with heavy equipment or related experience.

·        Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and problem skills required.

·        Strong mechanical aptitude.

·        Must be willing to travel 75% of the time 

·        Must be willing to relocate
