Manager, Finance Business Partnering recruitment
The successful individual will manage a team to assess and quantify the financial impact on the exposure of PPI redress. They will ensure redress is managed within the provision, and they will manage the provision model and its redevelopment. They will be responsible for the improvement of the analytics and MI around redress payments.
The ideal candidate will have a Financial Services Accounting background and strong financial modelling capability. They will be experienced in using a range of levers to drive business performance, and able to function in a fast and challenging role. Strong interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders in the group. A qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or overseas equivalent is preferred).
