Our Customer Planning Analysis team is currently growing its team and has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Manager, Churn Analytics looking for a new challenge.
Their focus will be forecasting customer churn and loyalty by providing provocative analysis and insights into our customer trends and why customers leave T-Mobile. The Manager of Churn Analytics will accomplish this by building and leveraging statistical models to evaluate our customer base to identify competitive risks, provide key insights into the performance of baseline trends and customer retention initiatives and communicate results and analysis to Senior Leadership.
The responsibilities for the position include:
- Forecasting and analyzing customer churn and renewals
- Partner with the Customer Loyalty team to provide insight into customer churn performance
- Monitor performance and provide actionable insight into customer churn reduction initiatives
- Use statistical modeling techniques to build and refine predictive churn forecast models
- Communicating results and analysis to Senior Leadership via dashboards and reports

Required experience and educational background will include the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Quantitative Analysis
- 7+ years experience in Analytics and Planning
- Experience building complex financial models
- Highly proficient computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- Data mining and analytics software helpful (SQL, SAS, Business Objects)
- Previous experience in wireless or other subscription environments preferred
