Job Summary:

Reporting to the President, Network Management Division, the Finance Manager, Sales and Operations will perform all activities related to the sales incentive program.  These functions will include: development of the sales compensations plan, setting quotas (by product group and region), determining accelerators, sensitivity testing, and working with central resources to ensure the sales team is paid accurately. 

This position will also play a key role in developing the annual budget and creating rolling forecasts.  Working closely with the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis, this role will develop a standard monthly reporting package that measures key performance indicators and trends that help management make better and quicker decisions. 

 

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

Partnering with our management team and employees, as well as our central Finance, HR and IT functions, you will apply analytic guidance, business judgment, project management skills and reporting expertise to develop operational and process models that support divisional decision making and plan execution.  Your priorities will be to:

·         Develop and manage all aspects of the Network Management sales incentive plan.

·         Work with management to design monthly and quarterly selling programs to further incent strategic initiatives.

·         Develop and report regularly on business metrics – measure and track forecast, bookings, units, goal attainment and other key performance indicators.

·         Work with SalesForce system and the sales team to develop weekly, monthly and quarterly pipeline review meetings.

·         Proactively identify operational deficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline current processes tools.

·         Provide analytical support to management and participate in the budgeting and planning process.

·         Develop relationships with domestic and international users to understand business challenges and needs.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Besides partnering with the division managers this position will oversee two other business analysts.

Education and/or Experience:

·         BS in Finance or Accounting preferred. MBA a plus.

·         Minimum 5 years corporate finance experience. FPA experience a must.

·         Minimum 3 years supporting Worldwide sales organizations

·         Sales Force systems experience a plus

·         High proficiency in Excel, Access, SQL, Tableau, Word and PowerPoint presentation skills.

 

·         Superior analytical, problem solving, and financial modeling skills.

·         Excellent communication and customer service skills at all levels within the team.  Ability to share the analysis results to all levels of experience so it’s easily understood by all.

·         Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and ability to work multiple complex projects in a fast paced and dynamically changing environment.
