Manager, Financial Planning Analysis American Water Works Company, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning Analysis (Mega state) for its office in Voorhees, NJ to be responsible for leading financial forecasting, planning, and analysis for state regulated water utility employing strong finance, regulatory, and technical skills to effectively interact with Divisional and State Management. The position requires the minimum of a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting ; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; and five years' experience in the job offered or in a related occupation, to include five years' managerial experience with an emphasis on corporate/regulatory business planning, modeling, and analysis. This experience must include evaluation techniques and advanced financial modeling skills; ability to complete complex financial models in support of unique transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, concessions, and joint ventures; strong technical syst ems and project management skills, including strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels throughout the organization and across functional lines; demonstrated experience in identifying process improvement opportunities and engaging in implementing improvements; ability to utilize multiple methods of analysis; cost accounts analysis, budgeting, and forecasting based on excellent quantitative, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
