Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis recruitment
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to perform financial analysis and to measure financial performance in order to assist the business in making strategic decisions.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Financial Planning Analysis, the position will be based in the Regional Office in Dubai.
Specific responsibilities will include:
* Coordination of annual budgets for Central Region (comprising 21 countries)
* Producing quarterly/monthly management reporting, including actuals, estimates and forecasts
* Providing business and investment decision support by analyzing product/campaign profitability to ensure appropriateness of investment
* Analyzing project/investment decisions against benchmark returns
* Analyzing the full income statements and balance sheets for historical financial periods, and
* Managing projects from a financial perspective and providing deep insight on investment decisions and the viability of business projects
The successful candidate for this position will possess an ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification, as well as at least 5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably within the financial services industry.
Outstanding Excel, Access and Powerpoint skills are essential, as is a conscientious, highly analytical approach to work. The ability to multi-task and to work without supervision, taking the initiative where necessary, will ensure success. This will suit an individual who is happy to be 'hands on', whilst still taking a strategic overview of financial analysis.
