Manager Financial Planning and Analysis
Kforce is currently partnering with a large manufacturing company in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania suburbs. Our client is currently searching for qualified candidates for the role of Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. Manufacturing experience is required as well as an MBA. The ability to communicate and assist with actual planning and forecasting is essential. Specific Job Duties: * Prepare the monthly operating report for the business unit management teams comparing actual to budget with analysis * Prepare monthly reporting package directly to C-Level Management * Provide direction and support to evaluation of strategic options - new markets, strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and divestitures * Lead the development of management reporting systems for analytical purposes The successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): * An MBA is required (a CPA is a plus) * A Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field * 5-15 years of financial analysis experience * Excellent analytical and modeling skills; in-depth experience with financial statement analysis; and a strong understanding of corporate finance concepts such as discounted cash flow and valuation methodologies * Extensive knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint * Knowledge of Hyperion and Essbase financial systems is preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Organized, detail oriented, and the ability to multi-task * Must be a team player with a positive attitude and focus on business issues * Experience in a manufacturing environment
