Manager Financial Reporting
The role offers comprehensive responsibilities ranging from strong disciplined focus on financial management and leadership, driving key business and finance outcomes, managing partnerships and providing insightful information to support and drive business decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as a key point of contact for thebusiness and Group Finance in relation to financial performance of the business.
- Management of the financial and performance management frameworks of the PL and Balance Sheet
- Managing the integrity of the general ledger
- Production of the divisions monthly group finance reporting deliverables
- Production of discussion documents on key business issues for the executive leadership team
- Contribution to the Quarterly and half yearly trading and profit updates
- Drive insightful analysis
- Support the co-ordination and management of financial controls across this division
- Support the Executive Manager in projects and analysis as required
- Effective leadership and collaboration across Finance and Business stakeholders to drive business outcomes and become a trusted advisor
Required skills and experience:
- Previous experience driving the financial performance of a relevant financial services
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- High degree of commercial acumen
- Able to drive results in a large organisation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skills in change management and process reengineering
- Post graduate qualification (e.g. ICA/CPA, MBA)
