Manager, Financial Resources Management
PAHO/WHO is currently seeking to fill the position of Manager in the Financial Resources Management office, in Washington, DC, U.S.A. The person will be responsible for overseeing the management of the Organization’s financial resources, including planning, developing, and evaluating policies, procedures, and practices which affect the financial and accounting processes of the Organization.
The successful candidate will have:
• A bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration or in a related field from a recognized university. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification would be an asset.
• 15 years of combined national and international senior managerial experience with responsibility for all financial operations of large public or private institutions.
• Very good knowledge of English with a working knowledge of Spanish.
The salary range for this position is US$ 137,760.00-US$ 149,039.00, net of income taxes. PAHO/WHO offers an internationally competitive compensation package, including dependency benefits, pension plan, health insurance scheme, and 30 days annual leave.
