In this key role of Manager, Financial Services Productivity Improvement, you will be a vibrant leader with a strong background in Finance and a passion for Productivity Improvement. The purpose of the role is to partake in Financial Services Leadership Team sponsored process excellence projects and support the delivery of the FS productivity agenda.

The role of the Productivity Improvement team is to:

• Execute targeted Financial Services (FS) Leadership Team sponsored projects that deliver meaningful and sustainable benefits, and

• Support the building of process excellence capabilities within FS teams, through the provision of training, coaching and mentoring.
What will success look like?
• Partaking as a project team member on or lead FSLT sponsored process/productivity improvement projects across Financial Services

• Gaining competency in the effective application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies

• Managing projects or programs of work within budget and deliver agreed benefits

• Harvesting benefits identified through project and continuous improvement initiatives

• Validating findings of improvement and transformation initiatives both in project and BAU Continuous Improvement activities

• Applying critical thinking and thought leadership in analysing data and identifying appropriate value add solutions to problems

• Delivering process excellence training and workshop facilitation across FS

What will help you succeed?

• Demonstrated finance experience with an in depth understanding of key finance processes

• Demonstrated project management/change management experience.

• Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong communication and business writing skills.

• Proven ability to effectively engage and influence at a senior management level.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
