Manager for E-Banking Operation – Group Ops & Technology recruitment
One of Singapore's well known banks that has a strong presence is seeking a Manager for E-Banking Operations for Group Operations and Technology. This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking a challenging role that is highly visible within the business. This is a permanent position with an immediate start.
Some of the key accountabilities include;
- Vendor management relationship
- Analysis of department data and present to management
- Day to day reporting
- Process improvement and data capturing
- Management of regulatory reporting including risk and control
- Project management including complete project cycle
Successful applicants must display the following;
- Minimum of 3 years experience in operations and customer service
- High attention to detail and process driven
- Proficient in multi-tasking and working to strict deadlines
- Experience in Electronic Banking Ops, vendor management and project management is ideal.
