Manager Forecasting recruitment
Overall Job Purpose
To lead portfolio forecasting including balances, yield, debt distribution and charge-offs across the portfolios.
Key Accountabilities
- Forecasting: Responsible for the accuracy of the forecasts while ensuring that the models follow a clearly laid out road map of evolution and enhancement.
- Team Leadership: Expected to provide thought leadership to the Customer Management function.
- Partner Management: Enhance relationships with the internal and external partners to ensure effective forecasting. Work closely with all operating functions for a two-way communication aimed at improving company's performance as well as the accuracy of forecasts. Additionally, work in tandem with the finance function to ensure a joint understanding and ownership of the financial forecasts.

Experience
- Relevant experience within a regulated financial services organization, ideally having significant experience in an analytical role
- Knowledge of credit card sector and products
- The individual will have a core background in analytics and portfolio management.
- Have previously held a supervisory role within a growth business or have the ability to show potential for a position of this nature
