Manager, FP&A recruitment

Position Description:

* Provide leadership and direction to help operating units execute against and achieve Corporate objectives.
* Identify new ways to improve efficiency in core FPA process in order to analyze the business from new perspectives and enhance the strategic role of FPA in the organization
* Play a key role in process change/improvement projects. Identify opportunities, research scope and resources required and participate on implementation teams
* Assist in the forecasting, planning and reporting of financial metrics including revenue, expenses and monitoring of key metrics
* Educate business partners on key financial metrics and their impacts on pricing, risks, and project economics
* Assist in driving the annual planning process which culminates in presentation of annual budget
* Proactively monitor and manage the profitability levers of the PL
* Actively engage with the monthly financial close process and work with Comptrollers group to ensure business units are closed and fairly represent the periodic results of the operation
* Reconcile between the multiple views of the business and be able to articulate drivers of any differences
* Collaborate with key business unit FPA colleagues on the weekly forecast for metrics that incorporate current trends and business strategies
* Maintain the company's medium term and multi-year financial forecast model

Position Requirements:

* 7-10 or more years of work experience in an FPA-related field (including financial services and insurance, or corporate finance within Fortune 500)
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics , finance, or accounting required, MBA preferred
* Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly communicate results with senior level executives
* Expert skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and proven expertise in modeling techniques
* Outstanding quantitative skills; able to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analyses
* Ability to synthesize large amounts of information yet maintains rigorous attention to details
* Understanding of financial and accounting principles
* Impeccable business judgment and the ability to concisely communicate to senior management
* Readily embraces ambiguity and demonstrates problem-solving leadership with limited oversight
* Superior multi-tasking skills that will allow the individual to be an ambassador for FPA across cross-functional teams
* Anticipate business needs and influence managerial attention
* Minimum 5 years work experience in an FPA-related field (including financial services and insurance, or corporate finance within Fortune 500)
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics , finance, or accounting required
* MBA preferred
