Manager, GCSMNS Financial Results Analysis
Title: Manager, GCSMNS Financial Results Analysis Location: New York-New York Other Locations: The Manager, Financial Results Analysis position will lead a team of two analysts and perform a key role in providing financial business analysis and decision support across GCSMNS. There is a significant level of exposure as the Manager will be partnering regularly with CCSG, OPEN, RIM Business Partners and LFO teams across GCSMNS, Corporate Planning, and Global Services Groups. The incumbent will be responsible for trend analysis of key metrics, strategic projects across GCSMNS, developing budgets, rolling forecasts and long range planning. Major responsibilities will include: 1. Performing key insightful financial analysis that helps drive business profitability 2. Manage and develop two Financial Analysts within the team 3. Provide financial decision support and value added analysis to CCSG, OPEN marketing teams, Worldwide Risk and GCHQ 4. Developing long range plans, rolling forecasts and monthly MIS 5. Proactively manage all risks and opportunities by providing sound financial recommendations 6. Perform ad-hoc analysis and support the execution of re-engineering initiatives - Requires a minimum of 3-4 years of financial analysis experience - Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while delivering results in tight timeframes - Strong financial analytical experience, ability to understand linkages between data, extrapolate findings and communicate recommended actions - Strong interpersonal skills are required to interact across various levels - Strong communication skills required - Must be a highly motivated individual, with the ability to drive results - Knowledge of TM1, Oracle, Essbase a plus
