Manager, Group Risk recruitment
Harvey Nash’s client, a leading UK consultancy are looking to bring on a Team Manager within their Group Risk function for their London office.
Half of the role will see you responsible for managing the risk administration team and risk consultants on a day to day basis. The other half of the role will focus specifically on Group risk frameworks and issues, you will act as a point of escalation for more complex risk areas and support the Head of Group Risk. You will ensure all work produced by your team is compliant and technically proficient.
A large proportion of the role will involve client facing interaction and therefore you must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships across the board.
Skills/experience required for this role…
-Well defined knowledge of group risk products and services
-Core understanding of the UK group risk market
-Experience in work-flow management
-Ideally, experience of the Pensions Management Institute and Benefits Consulting
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Resilient, adaptable and flexible
-Team player
-Previous responsibility managing a team
-Strong stakeholder management
