AMS at Deloitte Korea is seeking a manager with hedge funds/private equity funds operational due diligence experience.
Pre-requisite:
- CANDIDATES MUST HAVE MIN. 4 YEARS OF ODD EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, prepare, and conduct on/off-site interviews with hedge fund managers
- Participate in due diligence meetings on hedge funds
- Review fund manager audited financial statements and third party service providers
- Review hedge funds’ legal documents and other compliance manual, valuation policy, and RM policy
- Prepare operational due diligence reports for clients
Qualifications:
- Experience in hedge funds/private equity funds operational due diligence, minimum 4 years
- Bachelors required; CPA or CAIA preferred
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding analytical and organizational skills
- Collaborative contributor who thrives in a team environment
- Must be willing to relocate to Seoul
