Service Operations performs the majority of the Bank's support and fulfilment functions and is one of three Enterprise Services business areas responsible for the delivery of services.We havemore than3,000 employees working inthefollowingbusiness areas: Group Lending Services, Processing Services, Financial Markets Operations, Equities and Margin Lending Operations, Operational Excellence and Payment System Controls.
What will you need to deliver success?
- Sound experience leading large teams, in a high volume environment and with competing priorities.
- Sound understanding of governance principles and experience managing risk in an operational environment.
- Significant experience coaching and developing team members to achieve their goals.
- Tertiary qualification aligned to commercial/business education or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in banking or related financial services within operations.
- Significant experience in a Team Leader capacity driving change through small to medium teams.
