Responsible for supporting employees and leadership teams located in Brazil in their Human Resources needs.

Must demonstrate a track record of professionalism, integrity, teamwork and influence capability must be present. Business Partner and Consulting with senior management within multiple functions on creating organizational capabilities necessary to meet business challenges.

Organizational Effectiveness: Proactively assess/diagnose problems and identify appropriate organizational interventions across businesses. Implement solutions independently. Types of activities: coaching, active facilitation of strategic planning meetings at Director/Country Manager level, development and delivery of offsite content, productivity enhancement activities within client group and across business groups, and leadership development at the organizational level.

Should have solid understanding of business fundamentals in order to understand the business and the opportunities and challenges that might be anticipated. Partner with staffing to meet growth requirements for clients. Responsible for strategic work force planning and all employee relations for assigned client group.

Skill Set:

·         10 plus years Human Resource management experience supporting a division or a line of business;

·         Proficiency in organizational development and/or effectiveness as well as three of the following disciplines: employee relations, training development, staffing, compensation, work force planning or benefits;

·         Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish and English;

·         PC skills/software experience: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.
