Manager II, Human Resources

HR Business Partner for an employee population of approximately 500 Finance and Information Technology professionals located mainly in Dallas and Greenville, TX. The candidate filling this role will need to partner with the various client groups in order to achieve business objectives and implement initiatives to support the strategic direction of the functions. This will require the HR Business Partner filling this role to become involved in all HR related decisions, including Employee Relations, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and more.  The HR Business Partner will also need to coordinate with the functional HR Managers in the Corporate Office to develop and execute the annual merit cycle, executive bonus planning (RBI), performance awards, and stock options.  This position reports to the Corporate HR Finance lead.
