Job Description:
Responsible for design and management of Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) that align with Brand strategies for Otsuka America (OAPI) and Otsuka Canada (OCPI) Pharmaceutical Sales Divisions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, sales and marketing management, strategic partners, market intelligence, and outside vendors. Act as subject matter expert for Executive Incentive Compensation Review Committee, ensuring full compliance with SOPs. Responsible for creation and dissemination of timely and accurate territory level goals, monthly scorecard, quarterly SIP payroll files, monthly finance accrual, and executive level SIP related reporting. Prepare and present business requests seeking changes where opportunity is identified. Develop and maintain stringent quality control processes and metrics to ensure the accuracy of all reports and information disseminated from Sales Operations.
Minimum Requirements:
· Requires bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Management Science, Engineering, or other decision science field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience performing data analytics, reporting and process automation.
· Also requires 3 years of experience designing Field Sales Incentive Compensation plans;
· Setting territory level goals;
· Managing Sales Incentive Plan administration process;
· Preparing detailed data analysis in connection with Sales Incentive Plan performance and financial accruals;
· Preparing reports related to execution of Sales Incentive Compensation Plans;
· Working with call planning, targeting, and marketing teams in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
· Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
