Due to our continuing growth, we are currently seeking experienced Professional in multiple US locations!


This role includes
the daily running of a Customer Service Network environment, including remote locations, through the effective use of resources. Leads a variety of activities around forecasting, staffing, scheduling and quality assurance. Ensures the customers needs supported from this network are continually met/exceeded. Must also meet the Department's strategic priorities and objectives and to deliver on them in an efficient and cost-effective way, while providing for fairness in human resource management practices.


Qualifications:

Education – A minimum of a Bachelors (BA/BS) degree in a technical or related field or equivalent work experience.


Experience –
A minimum of 6-8 years in Branch or Operations Management, inside/outside sales, plus a thorough knowledge of the distribution industry and Kaman Industrial Technologies products.  A minimum of 4-6 years of demonstrated leadership abilities, training and supervisory experience required.


A valid driver’s license is required

50%                                                                        Responsibilities:


Workforce Optimization

· Provide leadership and guidance to supervisors/staff to assist in scheduling Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to meet staffing requirements.

· Oversee and assist in managing the assignment of schedules and ensure schedule adherence.

· Manage availability of CSR’s on real-time basis to meet defined performance targets and to ensure our customer’s needs are being met/exceeded.

Coaching

· Proactively identify and recommend training needs to Training Manager based on results from quality programs and skill gap identification.

Human Capital

· Determines performance expectations and prepare annual performance reviews for all direct reports, along with assuring performance reviews of employees managed by your direct reports, including detailed objectives for each year. Conduct quarterly reviews for all new hires, transfers and promotions during the first year in new position.


Training/Project Management/Other

· Participate in the evaluation and implementation of technology solutions.

· Lead improvement initiatives and assist with change management.

· Act as a liaison to other business partners, internal departments and vendors for the Customer Service Network.
