Manager Investment Accounting (Al Khobar) recruitment
This is an exciting role working with the MD of a major diversified group in Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia. You will have major input in mergers and acquisitions, business growth and strategy. You will also review company performance and advice on improvements.
Requirements and duties associated with this role include:
• Evaluate and analyse the company and its subsidiaries current financial position
• Analyse different investment opportunities including due diligence on targets for mergers and acquisitions
• Control bank facilities and manage offshore company interests
• Monitor internal investments
We are looking for candidates from the Big 4 (or at least a top 10 firm) within the GCC currently or with extensive experience within TAS (Transaction Advisory Services). You should be professionally qualified (CA, CPA) and should be Assistant Manager level or above. Unfortunately we cannot consider candidates currently outside the GCC, Outside a top ten practice or candidates whom have not worked specifically within TAS.
