Manager, Investment Data
Preferably IMC qualified professional with proven people management skills and a strong data management background gained from an asset management or similar environment sought by this leading investment house.
Working with both client and portfolio-specific data the successful candidate will lead and manage a small team responsible for developing and managing an effective data management service for all types of data required for investment, infrastructure and distribution. In addition to day to day data management responsibilities the role carries responsibility for representing the business at both internal and external meetings, working with other global offices to ensure consistency of service delivery and quality control and working on the process improvement projects.
Applicants will have strong business analysis skills and data management experience gained from either a front office asset management environment e.g. performance, risk, investment support etc. or similar investment environment. A good understanding of the investment process is helpful. Superior communication skills, a flexible approach and the proven ability to drive through change are essential, together with a high level of systems literacy to include strong knowledge of Excel VBA and SQL.
