Job Description
- Leads the Finance Operations team to ensure efficient and effective processes in insurance GL operations, expenses management controls, bank and other GL reconciliations, commission payment, cost effective banking arrangement
- Leads the Investment Operations and Accounting team to ensure efficient and effective processes in daily fund operations, ILP valuation activities, and accounting reporting for all investments in various insurance funds • Maintains a robust financial controls environment which include establishing, reviewing and implementing systems and/or process enhancements to ensure key financial controls are in place
- Drives Finance business partnering role to help achieve Company objectives from a finance investment operations perspective, including banking solutions, support of new product launches and regional projects initiatives like RTOM and FRED
- Lead and develops a highly effective team
The Successful Applicant
- The ideal candidate will come from the Insurance Industry in a Finance Operations role
- Will be an Accountant with AP, AR, GL experience
- Has Management experience
