A well established, successful property company with very low staff turnover are recruiting a dual role to support their finance and property investment teams. This is a rare opportunity due to staff having long tenure in the business because the work environment is positive and friendly. The management style is collaborative and understanding as well as focused on staff development and well being. This is also a fast moving, busy pressurised culture due to constantly changing deadlines and new projects needing to be managed on a weekly basis.
You will be part of a dynamic management team working with finance and property experts alike in order to price out new contract and projects, supply information on existing project costings and variance analysis as well as produce financial accounts in line with NZIFRS.
This is a very diverse role and needs a qualified, capable, experienced individual with property accounts experience to join the team. You will also need excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a passion for the property sector.
