Manager Investor Relations and Client Services (m/f)
Key Responsibilities
- Main point of entry for all international RFPs, RFIs and questionnaires and autonomous response in coordination with fund management, Management Board and other stakeholders
- Reviewing, signing off and delivering questionnaires
- Management of the RFP-database and preparation of DDQ documents
- Sales support regarding preparation of sales documents and event management in cooperation with the UK Sales Director
- Assistance in the acquisition of meetings with new clients and coordination of the Sales Directors schedule
- Handling customer requests (UK and international) as Single Point of Entry and responsibility for internal coordination
- Resolution of client complaints
Professional Profile
- University / business school degree in Finance, Asset Management or related field
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in the asset management industry, ideally in the field of client services or sales support
- Knowledge of and fundamental interest in the global financial services industry:, (alternative) investment products, sales channels and operational service requirements (open-ended-funds)
- International experiences and good knowledge of the UK market is a must
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English, good communication skills in German are necessary
- Fluent user of all MS Office products, Bloomberg skills would be an asset

- Able to communicate with ease and efficiency at Managing Director level
- Able to work on tight deadlines within the unit and across divisions
