Services are specialized to help clients mitigate risks across an overall risk spectrum. We are currently seeking an IT Advisory Manager to join us in our Cleveland, Ohio office.
IT Advisory professionals help align an organizations information technology capabilities with the strategic and financial objectives of the organization. IT Advisory professionals help clients achieve improved performance from their IT investments, manage technology risks, and manage information more effectively to achieve business goals. We assist throughout the IT transformation lifecycle -- with strategy development and implementation, change management, performance measurement, and integrating sustainability and risk management into suggested technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Information Technology (IT) audit reviews of various types of systems and system platforms including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, operating systems, and databases; perform the review of general IT system controls such as change management controls and SSAE16 reviews
- Document business processes and identify business process risks and controls related to IT systems
- Prepare and present deliverables and presentation material to clients
- Facilitate client presentations and data gathering sessions, and communicate business process improvement opportunities to clients
- Develop and execute business development plans
- Provide guidance and mentoring to Associates and Senior Associates
Qualifications:
- Five years of experience in IT audit, information systems risk management, and/or information systems risk management with a well-regarded audit, tax and/or advisory firm; experience in systems integration or systems outsourcing organization
- Bachelors degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
- Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, attract new business, and build lasting professional relationships with senior level IT executives and internal colleagues
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with demonstrated the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior executives
- Exceptional project management skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client service orientation and ability to take an active role in executing engagements
